Boat Transportation

  Boat transportation: So far, the organization has little information     about teams arrivals and needs for boat transportation from São Paulo     to   Foz do Iguassu and back to São Paulo. In order to facilitate this     transportation by truck, three departure dates (trips) are planned from     São Paulo to Foz do Iguassu. on arrival and one date on departure.

• São Paulo -> Foz do Iguassu departure dates:August 23rd, September 3rd ,September 7th and September
  10th. The truck(s) will depart after the last team arrival
  on each day and will drive straight to Foz do Iguassu in
  the shortest possible time (normally the boats will be
  available for showering in the morning of the second day
  after departure from São Paulo).
• Foz do Iguassu -> São Paulo departure:
  September 23rd, after boat showering and loading (probably late
  afternoon)
• Boats pick-up and delivery:
  The boats will be picked up and delivered in Guarulhos airport. Teams must clearly inform flight and time arrival and departure. It will not be possible to guarantee delivery for Monday 24th
  flights (it may be possible, but not guaranteed).
• Transportation cost:
  For 30 boats or more, the cost per boat per trip (one way) will be € 50. For less than 30 boats the total cost of the truck will have to be shared by the number of boats.
• Transportation management:
  All management of the boat transportation – will be in charge of GPK Turismo gpkturismo@uol.com.br and the teams must contact them for all necessary arrangements, information and agreements. On the departure days in São Paulo it will be possible to contact Marcelo of Roadmaster 55 11 9984-7086, for boat pick -up.
• Special arrangementes:
  For other dates or special trips teams must also contact
  GPK Turismo gpkturismo@uol.com.br. The cost for special trips
  will depend on the number of boats and must be negotiated
  with GPK in advance.
